We regret to inform you that we cannot make exceptions. *Shipping:* Since each Scarlett Garnet jewelry piece is hand made to order. This means that we begin creating your jewelry only after you order it. Items ship within 3 - 5 business days, however, orders can be rushed. Just email scarlettgarnet@gmail.com with subject line, "Rush Order", or call 816-914-5739 to expedite your order. *Returns:* Scarlett Garnet takes great pride in the handmade quality of our product. We ensure that each creation is of the highest quality and we take great care to ensure that it ships and arrives to you in perfect condition. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return and exchange your unworn purchase within 10 days of the shipping date. Just email scarlettgarnet@gmail.com with “Return” as the subject line. Include your invoice number and item description in the email. We will promptly contact you with instructions on returning the item to us. Jewelry returned after 10 days is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Jewelry must be in it’s original condition and packaging, meaning it must be unworn. All shipping fees are nonrefundable. *Customization:* Scarlett Garnet is happy to accommodate all your custom needs. _Custom Orders_ We are happy to create exactly what you desire for every day and bridal jewelry. Simply email scarlettgarnet@gmail.com with your ideas and we will respond with an official "Custom Order Form" for you to fill out. This ensures that we receive all the information we need to create exactly what you want. From there, we will communicate via email with pictures of our ideas and are also available to discuss the custom order via phone call if needed. We ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your custom design. _Changes to Lengths and Sizes-_ We can lengthen or shorten necklaces and bracelets upon request. All ring sizes must be specified as well. Please email scarlettgarnet@gmail.com with your size and length requirements. Most of the time, there is no change to the design and cost. We will notify you promptly if there will be an increase in cost before making any adjustments. If you are not notified of an additional cost, this means that there is no extra charge and that your order is being created per your request. *Repairs:* Scarlett Garnet takes great care to ensure the finest quality of our work. We implement quality control every step of the way in the design and creation process. Each piece is inspected to ensure that it will stand the test of time. If your Scarlett Garnet piece should break within 3 months of ordering, we will replace it in full and refund your shipping costs. Although some customers enjoy the natural tarnished look of these metals, we do offer suggestions for how to clean your Scarlett Garnet creations. _Sterling Silver_ We suggest using a polishing cloth to shine your jewelry as it's the greenest method. Sterling silver cleaner is also available, however. Target has a very effective cleaner available for under $5. Take care to avoid getting the sterling silver cleaner on the stones in your jewelry. Most cleaners contain harsh chemicals that can destroy, crack and change the color of your gemstones. Please be advised to use rubber gloves to protect your skin and make sure to remove all cleaner with soapy water so that it does not make contact with your skin. _Brass and Copper_ Believe it or not, common ketchup works wonders to shine your base metal. Apply ketchup with a cotton ball and gently shine your jewelry. Scarlett Garnet strongly suggests this method as it's the greenest option. Common metal cleaners like Brass-o are also available, however, they contain harsh chemicals.
